Graduate Rotational Engineering Programme (GREP) 

About the programme 
As an industry leader, we are driving our business excellence through engineering. Our Graduate Rotational Engineering Programme known as GREP, is designed to recruit and develop key engineering talent of the future.

The programme structure 
GREP is a global, full time and permanent entry level scheme. To ensure you get the best out of your learning experience, the programme runs for approximately 2 years.  A dedicated Mentor will also be assigned to you throughout the duration of your programme.

During the programme you will undertake three engineering placements in three different locations within a region. There is also a minimum of one placement in a foreign country / other region. Each assignment lasts between three to six months. 

The candidate 
To be successful you will come from an engineering background and must possess a University degree in an engineering discipline. Prior practical engineering experience is desirable.

You must be able to relocate and be willing to travel worldwide. English language is essential, whilst a second or third language is desirable.
