Prior to GKN he held the position of VP Global Sales and Program Management at Siegel-Robert Automotive along with past experience at Guardian Automotive Group as Group VP Sales, Marketing and Program Management, VP Commercial and Operations Planning and Divisional Controller as well as Director of Operations Support. Steven holds a BBA in Finance and Management from the University of Michigan.

Holds a doctorate in Mechanical Engineering from University RWTH Aachen before he worked as Manager Engineering & Sales Hydraulic Presses and General Management Powder Technology with Mannesmann Demag Metallurgy and as Managing Director with QMP Metal Powders GmbH and Presicion Components Divisional Director, Schumag AG, Aachen and Copper Plants Divisional Director/ VP.

Peter Moelgg

Joined GKN in 1979 and originally worked in Driveline Europe, where held various senior engineering and operational positions in Europe and globally. In 2005 he joined GKN Sinter Metals as Senior Vice President Engineering and in 2008 was aditionally appointed to President Asia Pacific & South America Operations. He holds a diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

Craig Parr
Global Finance and IS Director

Appointed to Global Finance and IS Director in January 2009.
Experience
Joined GKN in the Corporate Headquarters in 1996. Subsequently moved into GKN Driveline, carrying out business development activity in Germany before taking up Asia Pacific regional finance leadership based in Singapore. After spending five years in Japan integrating acquisitions, returned to the UK as Finance Director for GKN Driveline Torque Technology before becoming GKN Sinter Metals Global Finance and IS Director.Craig has a Mathematics BSc from Bristol University, an MBA from Warwick University and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and a Charter holder of the Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts. Prior to GKN, Craig worked for BDO and for GEC Plessey Telecom in Australia and the UK.

Joined GKN in 1999 as Plant Manager in Chicago and then progressed to other plant management roles in Wisconsin. In 2003 he moved into a regional role covering Program Management, Lean and Business Excellence, and more recently held additional responsibilities for Supply Chain and Tool Rooms. Prior to joining GKN he worked for Siemens, ITT Automotive and Valeo and held positions both in Operations and Quality. Rob holds a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame and a Masters Degree in Systems Management from University of Southern California.

Experience
Joined GKN Sinter Metals in 1998 as HR Director Germany. Was appointed European HR Director, GKN Sinter Metals in 2002 and HR Director, GKN Sinter Metals Asia Pacific & South America in 2003. Prior to joining GKN he held the position of HR and Legal Manager for SGL Carbon/Ringsdorff Sinter. Earlier in his career he worked as an Advocate for a number of German law firms in Cologne and Bonn and obtained his state law exam from Bonn University before qualifying as a professional Lawyer.

Robert Willig

Experience
Joined GKN in August 2010 as President, North America Sinter Metals. Prior to GKN, Bob held increasingly senior leadership roles at Tomkins Plc (Gates Corporation) including President Global Power Transmission Group, President Powertrain Division and President Automotive. He is also the former President of Stackpole Ltd, a North American based supplier of powder metal components and oil pumps. He holds a BSME in Mechanical Design from Lawrence Technological University and an MBA from Wayne State University.
